AV Design was formed by Bradley Burgess, having worked in the property and design industries for over 16 years. Bradley graduated from Bristol UWE with a RICS / RTPI accredited degree in Property Development and Planning. He spent seven years, working for a Mayfair based Corporate Real Estate firm. His passion for design led him to further study, interior and landscape design at KLC School of Design

Since graduating, he went on to work for some of the most prestigious developers and design agencies in London. Bradley now runs AV Design and heads a successful team in implementing and managing all the projects at AV Design.

Monkey Island Estate’s gardens have been created by landscape architects, AV Design, to look like a quintessential English garden, mixing both wild and maintained elements. There are wildflowers in abundance, wide sprawling lawns, various species of trees and hedge rows with different heights, colours and textures.
